The JAH People Society is a local group whose members decided
to band together because of one thing: their love of reggae music.
The name of their group, in fact, mirrors the music itself. The
word "JAH" figures in the lyrics of quite a few reggae songs
most especially in the "Exodus" song of Bob Marley.
"Jamming in Awareness of Humanity"
The JAH people do not confine themselves to their music. Because
of the thrust of the group, they have involved themselves in
a couple of community projects is memorable to most of them.
This project was the collection of second hand schoolbooks which
the group gave to a school in Bogo Cebu.
